About Lindi Horton

Cloud Whispererᵀᴹ transformation coaching and consulting supports organizations and enterprises with successfully navigating the shift from legacy IT management to cloud operating models. Many people focus on the tools and technology. That's important. The biggest success factor to successfully navigating this transformation is leadership and people. To that end, I focus on ensuring the leaders and people have those uncomfortable but supported conversations to navigate the changes coming down the pipe. The digital transformation paradigm shift is happening now. And what's needed is more leaders that can support key transformation. Having people OWN their experience, end-to-end and lead powerfully on the front-lines. As the Cloud Whisperer, my mission is to connect teams to their larger transformation that is empowered by technology. So many think technology is going to be the catalyst for change. What we find is that the change in ownership and leadership spearheads the use of technology. My experiences taught me that anything is doable with the empowered people and great attitudes. I spent 8 years as a technical team member (support, sales, services... you name it... if it needed doing, I'd do it) for NetQoS. When CA purchased NetQoS in 2009, I started spreading the message to over 1300 sales people. I am passionate about learning, technology, and networking. I worked toward understanding how my technical experiences are applied to leadership opportunities within the product management space. I've spent 2 years learning how to find the elusive balance between work and life. By expanding my focus beyond just technology into travel, health, and fitness, I've developed a better approach to life and even learned how to be more productive at work. Specialties: Coach, Cloud and Virtualization Technology, Leader, Transformation, Product Management, IT Strategy, Cloud Transformation Programs

Listed skills include Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Virtualization, Data Center, and 46 others.
