In charge of the analysis (market, consumer insights, competition, product portfolios, among others), the decision making and the correct execution in order to improve profitability, sales and to reach the share of market objectives in the franchises at my charge. Management and control of brand’s budget. In charge of coordination and forecast analysis. Close communication with commercial area to verify the correct implementation at point of sales of the brand strategies. Continuous work and relationship with the production center in Mexico to develop new projects and to improve the quality, production times and costs of the actual ones.

Responsibilities: Development and Improvement of the 3 brands in 3 main clients. Space exhibition and additional order placement negotiations. Coordination and supervision of 8 promoters

Responsibilities: Coordination and support in launches, information and specific product developments for the 9 Latin-American countries, specially Mexico and Peru. Responsible of eyes and nails projects.
