• Manage day to day recruitment operations and compliance to process.• Ensure that management follows the recruitment process and completes all the required documentation and assess the candidate holistically to ensure that suitably qualified candidates• Ensure compliance around the Administration process• To ensure that all administration is correctly completed and that all documents are correctly submitted in a timeous fashion• Maintain data base of all recruitment activities, I-Digital checks, Recruitment Feedback & Correspondence to Sales and Area Managers, General Correspondence, Scheduling appointments etc.• Manage the relationship and report to management according to SLA timelines and parameters set• Administer SHL Assessments•Places adverts on various recruitment mediums•Short lists suitable candidates•Performs pre-interview vetting which includes telephonic/face-to-face pre-screening, collection and collation of required documentation as well as verify the credit record of the candidate•Creates final shortlist to be sent to the relevant regional human resources consultant and regrets all unsuccessful candidates•Monitors and reports on all received applications vs. shortlisted, regretted and successful applications as well as recruitment cost.•Maintenance of Recruitment database•Provide admin support with regards to the delivery of HR projects•Establishes and maintain effective HR administration processes and practices•Performs standardized HR administration function•Provides specialist support to HR Managers, HR Consultants, Practice Owners and HR Practitioners•Provides support with regards to the HR tools •Often acts as a point of escalation for matters with higher level of complexity than those handled by Administrators
