Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the company’s Marketing. Completing Business cases. • Requesting funding from our business partners, for either an event or training. • Where required, travel outside the province for the company event, ensure the smooth running of the event. • Give feedback to the sponsors on the success of the event. • Proofreading also give inputs, the monthly content, for social media publishing, that will be published by our Marketing partner. • Completing RFQ’s RFP’s for tender bids, includes requesting for pricing for the required solution from our partners. • Ensuring that we have all the necessary skills for a specific solution, if not, request CV’s and updated certified documents from the skills matrix list. • Responsible for the shortlisting and interviews of the learners for the internship program, reporting on their progress. • Responsible for the interviews (with the CEO) and shortlisting for available positions, calling for references, and reporting on suitable candidates to the CEO. • Responsible for administration of client admin at CEO’s office and project office, appointments and management of calendar and schedule, operational support

Key Responsibilities: • Ensuring that the Collections book is kept to a minimal, by calling customers. • Drafting & issuing Stop Supply Letters, Capturing invoices, Supplying Trade Reference. • Updating the database.

Key Responsibilities: • Receive Proposals from the Debt Counsellors (DC), do the assessment, to see if the clients offer meets the banks interests, if the offer is unacceptable in terms of the banks policies, counteroffer, analyse the Legal document• Ensure that the Proposal attached to the Notice is acceptable and within the banks mandate. Instruct Attorneys should the banks mandates not be met.

Key Responsibilities:• Performs Credit and Risk assessments of salaried home loan applications and making informed credit decisions. • Continually considering legal documentation. Accurately assessing bank statements and financial statements for affordability, complying with the NCA (National Credit Act). • Effectively prioritising and organising workflows. • Adhering to negotiated service levels and turnaround times in support of business strategy.
