I began my real estate career in 1989. A consistent top sales producer for 3 corporately owned real estate brokerages; I received my own broker's designation in 1991, and set my sights on owning my own brokerage. In 1995, after four more years of award-winning service, and after becoming an accredited appraiser through the Ontario Real Estate Association, I realized my dream and opened Countrywide Success Realty Inc. which prospered to the point that I bought out my former employer, Sutton Group Realty Salesmasters Inc., the largest realtor in Aurora, only one year later. In 2000, I did not renew my Sutton Group franchise and named the company The Lind Realty Team Inc. and continued to prosper and maintain my #1 Sales Producer status.In April of 2001, The Lind Realty Team Inc. proudly became the first real estate company in Ontario, to be registered to the acclaimed ISO 9001:2000, which is internationally recognized as a symbol of quality. I am also active in the community and dedicate both time and financial resources to numerous youth sports and community groups. I am currently a member and a past director of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, actively participate in the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce, and have instructed for the Ontario Real Estate Association.The Lind Realty Team was born of a strong work ethic and attention to client service, after all, the company's motto is "Service with Professionalism", and it is practiced everyday.
