My responsibilities were to bring the highest customer service to each person as they purchased their merchandise. Among customer service I was required to problem solve, handle cash, have good knowledge of the merchandise and who the experts were in the store, manage my time, cleanliness of the store around me, make sure all the customers needs are met in a timely manner.

My responsibilities were to bring the patients care through out their experience at Lenscrafters. I not only handled the purchasing of glasses and helping the patient choose the right frame and lenses for their style and prescription needs. I also worked with the doctor, pretesting patients, cleaning equipment, training new contact lens wearers. Among these responsibilities I also handled cash, cleaned and organized the store, stocked the store on both the doctor and frame selection side, handled special orders, managed my time, oversaw the flow of the floor, delivered glasses and fit them properly.
