Responsible for the carrier liability regarding inadmissibles (INAD). Experienced crisis manager as a member of the KLM covid response team. As a security manager I took up the role of product owner for the development and implementation of a new security IT system. With the implementation of AI solutions, digitalizing manual processes with respect to IT security and privacy regulations.

Responsible for the management of security regulations and guidelines;Analyzing the operational impact of security regulations for the KLM organisation;Ensure regulations are integrated in the KLM security program and operation;Request Alternative Procedures in order to ensure compliance with applicable security regulations;Signal operational bottlenecks, opportunities and risks in order to advice mitigating measures.

Responsible for geopolitical risk analysis and security event risk analysis conform integrated safety and security management systems;Performing security inspections at outstations;Training on security profiling;Manage unruly passenger cases ,advice mitigation measures and redesign policy in order to meet increasing challenges.
