Client Success Manager
Current• Nourish and develop relationships with key client contacts to ensure exceptional customer success• Communicate with client regarding open shifts, candidates, confirmed clinicians and lifecycle of contract completion as well as strategy for future usage• Serve as the key contact for internal and client-related needs and coordinate resources • Review submittals and approvals for proposed candidates to ensure client needs are fulfilled• Establish the timely and successful delivery of our fulfillments according to customer needs and objectives• Responsible for certifying the client reporting is up-to-date and accurate in Salesforce• Develop and present client progress reports and share with current stakeholders• Identify new revenue opportunities from current clients while maintaining existing engagements• Demonstrate commitment to cross functional teamwork, account retention and results• Train and ensure adoption of Client Technology Portal and track usage and client engagement
