My passion for industrial recruitment has deepened over the years, beginning as an Onsite Account Manager and gradually climbing the ladder.The West Yorkshire market has been my home ground throughout my career. Beginning in industrial on-site account management at major food factories presented its challenges, with 24/7 availability demands. Despite the toughness, this experience has enriched my recruitment knowledge and life lessons, propelling me to my current role as Head of Industrial. Today, I oversee several operations and branches, leading teams of consultants and managers.I have worked with renowned and big brands, supplying their temporary workforce through huge peaks and low points. Recruitment taught me to anticipate dramatic spikes within short notice, especially during peak seasons.
