-Spearhead marketing and communication projects as related to NC State Dining.-Communicate updates internally and externally. Projects include events, grand openings and marketing campaigns as related to dining, nutrition and sustainability efforts.-Serve as project manager for all aspects of marketing, communications and public relations for dining including special events, email marketing, promotions, social media and website. -Oversee the production of all marketing collateral, social media, website and unit signage needs. -Manage relationship with Coke to actively promote products on campus.-Measure success of key programs and demonstrate them to management; note strong programs for submission to various award competitions.-Supervise all NC State Dining marketing interns and student staff.-Develop event design in support of dining venues to increase positive experience for patrons. -Manage marketing assistant, and student marketing intern and events assistants.-Plan and execute grand opening of upcoming locations.-Manage the day-to-day operations of NC State Dining's internal and external initiatives, lead advertising efforts of events and programs, lead development of award entries to corresponding associations, and enhance the atmospheric perception of patrons.-Participate in campus information fairs, such as Fall Open House, Engineering Open House and Experience NC State.-Oversee and execute social media and website messaging. Maintain content of website and media outlets. -Train and mentor marketing interns as to appropriate public relations dissemination.-Liaison with CE webmaster to ensure website is current and displaying the latest events/initiatives.

Maintain a consistent track record of increasing bus advertising sales over 97%. Coordinate all contracts and invoicing for the advertising program. Design all print media such as brochures, flyers, interior bus announcements and newspaper/magazine ads. Plan and execute transit campaigns and special events to promote Capital Area Transit while managing the marketing budget. Manage Capital Area Transit’s social media feeds; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Develop press releases and manage transit content on the City of Raleigh website using Alfresco Web. Attend City of Raleigh, university and business events to raise public awareness on Capital Area Transit. Organize and coordinate Capital Area Transit’s Adopt-A-Shelter Program, Summer Youth Pass Program and the Raleigh Transit Authority Marketing Committee.

Prepared/finalized electronic patient charts and educated patients on contact lens and eye health.
