Lindsay Hyde is a Biotech | Program Manager | Research & Development at Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc.. She possess expertise in pharmaceutical industry. Colleagues describe her as "Lindsay was part of the Solid Biosciences R&D team for 3 years, reporting directly to me for the majority of her tenure at Solid. Although Lindsay began her career at Solid as an entry level coordinator position, Lindsay continually increased her core responsibilities and quickly became an integral member of the Solid program management team, working cross-functionally on critical core development programs vital to Solid’s mission. Throughout her time with the company, Lindsay exemplified Solid’s values of mission-driven focus, enthusiasm, and unparalleled work ethic. I highly endorse Lindsay and believe the wide breadth of roles she has held at Solid will serve any potential employer well, even beyond project management. Lindsay joined Solid as a preclinical research associate and originally reported into a senior preclinical coordinator who, very shortly after Lindsay’s hiring, unfortunately had to take an extended period of leave due to illness. Undaunted, Lindsay quickly took on her manager’s core responsibilities and built strong relationships with both the R&D Scientists she was supporting as well as external vendors. She did all of this during a period of rapid developments for Solid in which we were focus on initiating and completing key IND-enabling programs for Solid’s lead SGT-001 gene therapy program. Lindsay continued to grow in this role after our IND was filed and continued to support me as we built a second R&D function at Solid focused on next-generation early stage discovery research. Over a short period of time, Lindsay found effective methods to integrate early and late stage research programs, working directly with project leaders. Solid’s scientists would regularly highlight Lindsay’s collegial and respectful attitude and she was routinely the top request for program management support. Lindsay not only supported research program development efforts, but also quickly took over all research budgeting responsibilities for my team, working closely with the finance team to generate quarterly and yearly reports. Our CFO would often comment to me that my R&D group was always accurate, precise and timely with our financial reporting responsibilities, all due to Lindsay’s efforts. Lindsay was also heavily involved in additional operating elements of the company as well, supporting our COO and serving as a lead coordinator of many time-sensitive corporate exercises. I enthusiastically recommend Lindsay as she takes her next steps in her career and am confident that she will be an exceptional resource and encourage her future employer to challenger her with new responsibilities and requirements – she will accomplish them with excellence and eagerness."
