Lindsay Kopplow is the Director of Market Development and Land Sales for RBFCU. She is responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions, to include, site purchases/leases/excess land sales, contract review & negotiation of terms and conditions. Lindsay brings almost two decades of real estate experience to the team. Before joining RBFCU in 2024 she was the Director of Property Management for Headwall Investments. Lindsay was responsible for overseeing all of the property management in their portfolio. Between 2017-2022 she was the Property Manager for Kopplow Construction, providing full suite management services for 3 office buildings. Between 2012 and 2017, she served as a Senior Associate at Stream Realty and was responsible for transaction execution, landlord and tenant representation. She leased over 1.1 million square feet of product. Before that, Lindsay had her own firm, LK Properties, which she started in 2008 after two years in residential real estate in Austin with Keller Williams.Ms. Kopplow is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she obtained her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®) designation. She is also a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) where she completed Foundations of Real Estate Management. She also has her TREC Broker's license. Lindsay graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Foundations.
