Writing assessment items to align to state standards and learning objectives, developing and replacing content for concision and clarity, designing a research-informed, early elementary vocabulary acquisition protocol, analyzing states standards and leading curriculums for commonalities and made recommendations for product development.

Consistently increased standardized test scores, including an 84% increase in reading performance on the NWEA test (Northwest Evaluation Association.) Engaged community and families in supporting and celebrating student growth.
