Worked in Epcot’s American Gardens Theatre for annual festival concerts. Controlled and calmed crowds of up to 2,000 people daily by facilitating queue placement, theatre boundaries, and specialized seating to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for as many people as possible. Guided guests with information regarding the entire Disney World Resort.

Operated Fantasyland food stands in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom (average of 45,000 guests per day). Performed in fast-paced restaurants on cash register and in the kitchen, demonstrating consistent multitasking, forward thinking, problem solving, and guest service abilities. Used the Four Keys (safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency) to provide magical experiences for guests and co-workers.

Working with the Gifts of Art Program, a part of the University of Michigan Medical systems, to bring visual art and music to patients. Working to keep track of the Art Cart, which delivers framed artwork to patients for their choosing. Developing stats for the cart, managing 800 pieces of art, and training and organizing 25 volunteers.

• Built a plan for the non-profit’s park that includes ten days of unique programming (such as a wellness fair and virtual gaming) for the community in an effort to create a place where community members can connect and grow. • Contacted and managed over 100 vendors about visiting the park to support local, small business growth.• Created a budget, sponsorship tiers, and sponsorship letters with goal of making the park self-sustaining.• Managed eight Little Library installations for community connection and literacy; included contacting and selecting potential hosts, and choosing locations.

Answering visitor questions and assisting in organizing office materials in order to help the MCSP office run more efficiently.

-Our goal for the Summer Reading Program is to encourage children to read and learn during their break from school and to have fun at the same time. -Helped create pamphlets, posters, and signs to advertise for the children’s reading programs.-Made, updated, and tracked the reading records and prizes to make sure that records were complete and the children who were reading were recognized.-Worked directly with children and parents to make the reading program a worthwhile experience.
