Events - Providing event support across all Barclaycard business events including event planning, onsite support & event reporting.• Managing 3 key Barclaycard Business Solutions events including interaction with more than 5 different stakeholders, both internally & externally.• Onsite management of customer activations/client hospitality areas at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park, working with key suppliers to ensure the smooth running of each area. • Supporting the events manager for pre-event, onsite & post-event activities.• Event evaluation including the collation of client & staff feedback via online surveys, making recommendations for future events based on feedback & metrics.Ticketing - 7 years’ experience of managing all festival & venue business ticketing requests including distribution, compliance and reporting. • Central management of all ticketing requests, allocations, returns & tracking for 3 venues & festivals, across approximately 500 shows.Barclaycard Entertainment Communications - Overseeing of all web relations & customer queries around the Barclaycard Entertainment proposition & support with the Barclaycard Arena exit plan.• Weekly & monthly reporting including weekly ticket sales & monthly reports on cumulative sales.• Respond & solve Barclaycard Entertainment proposition customer queries relating to venues, competitions, pre-sales & tickets.• Ensuring that all key communications are launched through the Barclaycard Entertainment channels.Finance - Managing budgets in excess of £7 million across Experiential Marketing & Barclaycard Business Solutions Events. Working closely with the finance business partner & senior team members to phase the budget across each calendar year & provide budget updates on a monthly basis.
