Lindsay Rice is the inaugural Director of Undergraduate Experiential Learning at the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. In this position, Lindsay will build the School’s capacity to facilitate undergraduate community-based learning experiences. She will also lead the development and execution of the capstone experience required of all undergraduate majors. In her previous role as Director of Pathways Programs, she managed state and federally funded training grants, collaborating with interdisciplinary faculty, community partners, and public health agencies. Her areas of expertise include managing large and diverse teams and cultivating a sense of belonging, facilitating professional and personal development, program planning and evaluation, budgeting, community engagement, education, and teaching.
