Working as a Supervisory Lead Mechanical Engineer for Tactical Air Support. I supervise a team of Mechanical Engineers that utilize Solidworks to design modifications for the F-5, and advise internal leadership on future growth recommendations. Previously, I worked for the Department of Defense for over a decade, as an engineer and then as a manager of personnel, workload management and execution. DAWIA Level III Certified in Engineering and Level II Certified in PQM (Production, Quality and Management). Negotiated with military and civilian personnel regarding schedule, parts supply and budget, including multi-million dollar budgets, and multi-year schedule projections. Experience setting priorities, assigning work, and holding employees accountable. Proficient leader with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
