I perform daily cleanliness and safety of the Health & Wellness Center, including the cleaning of weight machines, functional equipment, and cardio machines as well as monitoring all equipment for any needed repairs.By conducting monthly blood pressure checks, I am able to help provide employees with result logs for long-term monitoring of blood pressure and heart health for all employees. I also coordinate on-site monthly café sampling from the National Nutrition Team with a focus on a new superfood each month and provides recipe analysis for samples and alternative food choices. -
