Self-employed since 2006, I have held many job titles including Owner, Massage Therapist, Makeup Artist, Akashic Records Reader, and Keynote Speaker. These titles also include subtitles such as Therapist, Confident, Life Coach, Friend, and so much more.My career, spanning almost 20 years has been fueled by my life's purpose of being a healer, and guiding people to live their very best lives.While on my own quest for a more balanced lifestyle, I created the Four Pillar Method of Balanced Living. Wellness, Self-Care, Personal Development tools and Relationships are the main pillars of focus, and through exploring each pillar in combination with the others, I was able to create the balance in my life I so desperately needed. I have shared this unique method with audiences at Earthwork Farms Harvest festival, Millersburg Public Library, and Tigerlilly Festival. It was an audience member at Tigerilly who was so moved by my speech, she nominated me for one of Northern Michigan's most Influential Women, for which I was named.My keynote speech is titled: Reclaim your Balance: How making micro-changes in your day can help reclaim balance in life in attainable, sustainable, way.After people hear me speak, they will feel empowered to create micro-shifts in their daily lives to reclaim balance in life because my talk will introduce them to my Four Pillar Method of Balanced Living to show how achievable it can be.Personal interests include: Playing Pickleball and Skiing with my son, walking my Husky, creating healthy, nourishing meals for my family.I am a sound healer and lead Sound Baths for various groups in my community along with personal clients.I am a certified meditation and breath work instructor.
