About Lindsay Wing

Lindsay is a partner with PwC's New York Investment Management tax practice. She works on a number of large alternative investment clients with various strategies, including direct investment hedge funds, private equity funds, and fund of funds. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day project management and advising on tax reporting and investment issues.Lindsay has experience advising clients in connection with structuring investment vehicles, financial products tax accounting, U.S. tax and information reporting, and improving the efficiency of the tax function. Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant with licenses in New York and Washington. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA). She holds a BBA in Accounting (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Washington.

    Lindsay Wing is a partner in PwC's Asset Management ("AM") tax practice and specializes in alternative investment tax issues. She advises onshore/offshore funds and their investors on U.S. tax and information reporting issues. She also advises fund managers on structuring investment vehicles, international tax issues, tax optimization technology solutions and project manages large engagements. Lindsay is very active in driving and implementing the PwC AM strategy. She drives the curriculum for the AM Hot Topics national webcasts for which she is also a frequent contributor and teaches AM Tax Academy to new joiners. She recently finished a tour of duty with PwC national tax leadership, in which she assisted in launching firm initiatives, including the Lead Tax Partner Experience, Dispute Prevention and Resolution Tax Vision Project and other tax/advisory teaming programs.
