She is currently working on several projects including the creation of the Y2C Network (http://www.clpccd.org/y2c/), supporting the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Educational Plan, Career Education mapping at Berkeley City College and the creation of a range of outreach materials for local community colleges.Through the administration and coordination of scholarship programs at the University of Melbourne in Australia Lindsay developed a strong appreciation for the different ways in which effective programs can be created using student centered design. Her work with Career Ladders Project in Oakland California to re/design and implement educational systems for increased student access and equity further inspired her passion for supporting innovation within educational systems. Of particular pride is a case study outlining the tremendous work done by Skyline High School, Berkeley City College, and SAP to create a robust computer science pathway. We do this by meeting with teams to create what is essentially an asset map, or a tool for identifying and visualizing existing strengths in a community.Coordinating outreach projects: this can include Explainer Video's, guides, reports, profiles, and more.

    Supported a wide range of CLP projects, with a focus on the development of pathway mapping and the coordination of media and communications work. I assisted project leads by helping to plan, coordinate and assist with field activities, meetings, convenings, presentations, site visits and other events and provide specialized program support for the pathway mapping process. This included researching college course, certificate, and degree offerings and drafting pathway maps by aggregating and synthesizing information and using graphics software such as LucidChart to create and revise pathway maps. I demonstrated excellent organizational expertise in overseeing and mobilizing project teams with events ranging from 2 to 200 participants. As part of the media and communications team I helped plan, coordinate, and assist with the production of briefs, tools, social media campaigns, web updates, and other media activities. I also acted as a liaison between program staff and media/communications staff and coordinates with an array of consultants including graphic designers, writers, and photographers.
