Services are provided 24/7 and can occur in a variety of settings including the home, local emergency facilities, and other related settings. Immediate response is provided to conduct a thorough assessment of risk, mental status, immediate crisis resolution/stabilization and de-escalation as necessary.

Developed harm reduction programming targeting women who engage in sex work and/or drug use that includes street outreach, secondary distribution, a 24-hour hotline and seasonal drop-ins. Supporting NVHR’s Hepatitis C Baby Boomer Screening and Linkage to Care Program.

Coordinated the regional consultants, reviewed current global guidelines and drafted the final advocacy tool critiquing current guidelines and documenting good and bad practices around HIV and STI testing and treatment policies and practices, including the use of coercive and mandatory testing among sex workers, and the use of periodic presumptive treatment and syndromic treatment of STIs.

President of the Board of Directors for the country’s largest sex worker rights organization, dedicated to reducing the violence and stigma directed at individuals in the sex industry.Facilitated SWSOP-USA’s 501(c)3 Status approval in 2013 and instituted a restructuring of the organization that promoted universal accessibility and consensus-based decision making. Organized monthly drop-in meetings locally for individuals who have experience in the sex trade.

Served as Key Informant for an in-depth consultation with NSWP's US members as part of a Strategic Review, for the organization to reflect on its past work and guide the development of its next strategy. Conducted in-depth focus groups and interviews with NSWP members.

Provided one-on-one counseling and group facilitation utilizing a trauma-informed harm reduction approach with program participants, most of whom are homeless, substance users, and are impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Conducted program evaluation of Reading Room Project, which builds internet-enabled learning environments for low-income students in Karachi, Pakistan.Developed a quasi-experimental design analysis evaluating the effectiveness of RRP's digital literacy interventions to improve student performance.Analyzed pre- and post-test assessments of a control group and treatment group during the pilot phase of the program culminating in a report to be used for programming and development purposes.

Provided direct-service social work assistance to clients released from prison or jail, including assistance with housing, medical and mental health needs, employment and job training, drug and alcohol treatment, and obtaining government benefits.Developed a pilot program of the Houses of Healing workshop, a group intervention based on the best-selling text. Upon graduation, 100% of clients actively initiated looking into individual therapy. 100% clients reported a decrease in current stress level.
