Current• Conceptualize, plan, and execute all educational programming for adults and K-12 students both online and in-person; assist in leading hands-on workshops• Successfully plan and execute the Winter, Spring and Summer Art Weeks in collaboration with NYC Parks, serving 110 students each year; responsible for internal and external partnerships, booking talent, creating curriculum, scheduling site visits, fundraising, budget, and documentation• Formalized internship program; currently supervise and mentor all interns onsite and online• Plan and lead local outreach events and activities; Party on Park, Summer Streets, FIT Diversity Comic Con, The Art of Healing Festival, and others• Collaborate with colleagues to host and run MoCCA Arts Festival, NYC’s largest indie comics and cartoon art festival serving 7,000 people each year; fundraise, recruit and train volunteers, purchase Facebook and Instagram ads, and oversee all cash registers • Cultivate and grow relationships with industry professionals and corporate companies for collaborations, in-kind, and monetary donations• Initiated and implemented company-wide best practices for hosting online programs via Zoom • Conceptualized and executed Instagram Live series during COVID-19 shutdown; generated 20% increase in social media followers• Implement comprehensive approach to social media marketing; work collaboratively with Director of Communications and Senior Graphic Designer to craft concept and content for multiple channels• Provide timely social media analytics reports and insights to be shared with the Executive Director and Board of Directors• Create email marketing campaign to promote K-12 programming; design, proofread, and maintain calendar
