• Oversee design of all digital communication and direct mail materials working with external vendors and internal partners (annual brochure, marketing pieces, emails, direct mail & email campaigns, text messaging, etc)• Manage external relationships for athletic fundraising and all aspects of donor relations for the Spider Athletic Fund• Instrumental in the continued success of our annual university-wide Giving Day • Manage the use of Hustle, a peer to peer texting platform, & ThankView, a donor engagement platform, to creatively communicate and steward Spider Athletic Fund donors• In charge of the design and delivery of the Spider Athletic Fund bi-annual digital donor magazine• Oversees the annual Donor Week of Thanks which consists of an email and social campaign as well as a student-athlete call-a-thon in which 350+ student-athletes participate• Run various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track membership numbers, retention, email open rates, etc.• Ensure Spider Athletic Fund website is up to date and accurate• Maintain accurate records for all donors through Raiser's Edge database and Blackbaud Net Community

-Help manage third party clients such as the MAAC conference, Special Olympics, AAU, and Kick USA for the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex.-Manage day to day communication with these clients-Assist in budget preperation, billing, and contract negotiations for events held at the Wide World of Sports complex. Work with internal and external partners to execute pre event planning tasks like venue booking, room blocks, and theme park ticket sales.-Execute and draft deal terms for new events and/or contract renegotiations. -Prepare the event budget for post event reconciliation, profit and loss documents and billing.

-Assisted the athletic director with managing all uniforms and equipment, game schedules, travel schedules and athletic fees. -Served as assistant coach to the Varsity basketball team. -Created and implemented a winter middle school basketball league with over 50 teams over a 3 month period. Responsibilities included all scheduling, hiring of referees and score keepers,as as well as budgeting expenses and collecting all entry fees and insurance waivers.

Worked directly with Baseball, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, and Men’s and Women’s Track and Field programs assisting athletes to develop cognitive skills, life skills and strengthen academics.

Instructed members how to use all fitness equipment as well ascreated work out plans for members of various ages and fitness levels.
