I believe that you detect your true purpose and calling in life. For me, that calling is enabling others. I have had three main career chapters in my life. Each chapter was about enabling and empowering others to have and be the best version of themselves, whether at work, home, or for themselves. I am at my most passionate and purposeful when I put my energy into others. Through knowledge, skills, tools, and insights, I help people understand who they are and how to tap into their true potential: To perform at a level they had not done before.I have helped others be more productive and achieve higher performance levels, to build and restore trust and achieve their goals. I have supported people to create a more balanced life and learn to look after themselves better. I have aided people to get clear on their highest contributions, have the confidence to present to others, and lead more effectively.I continue to enable in all these ways through my Bridging Performance consulting company. Also, I have found a new cause that enables others that I am passionate about… Resilience. I have Co-Founded a company called In8 Resilience to contribute my part in making a more resilient world. I want to support others to understand how to tap into their innate Resilience. And to deal with and empower themselves through all of life’s challenges, both big and small, in ways that support them to be happy, vital and empowered.
