Whether my work was focused on implementing state licensing standards to build a high-quality, profitable childcare program, working with the five intermediate school districts in the region to design math kits that combat equity and access issues for under resourced preschoolers, or collaborating with the Saginaw ISD Marshall Plan team to create materials that communicate and promote career pathways for high school students, my commitments to collaboration and to helping the region’s students succeed have always been driving forces for me. I am currently realizing these commitments to serve the families and community of Carrollton Public Schools as the Director of Family and Community Engagement.
