Serving as the institutional lead on the development of strategic partnerships and engagement in the larger community. This position allows Geneva to increase its work and presence in the community on a local and regional level. Public relations, strategic planning, partnerships, community representation, and government relations are some of the primary areas of focus.

• Coordinate and manage the full marketing process for all shows and events hosted by Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center.• Work closely with the Production Department on the development of all special events for pre and post shows.• Solicit local business and patrons for sponsorships, in-kind gifts and donations to support the mission of the performing arts center• Develop close relationships with all local media outlets to help form a comprehensive media buy as a part of the overall marketing plan.• Maintain relationships with media to secure press coverage and publicity for all events.• Manage of team of eight employees, overseeing the direction of all graphic design, ticket sales, group sales, and community outreach.• Serve as liaison for Lincoln Park to many community entities and non-profit boards.• Maintain the Lincoln Park website, social media and all other marketing outlets.• Provide analysis on all marketing campaigns, delivery and outcome.

In my role, I help to plan and coordinate all events for the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce, including our main fundraising events such as our Annual Gala, Annual Golf Outing and Annual Meeting & Business of the Year Awards. I also help with the development of new events, networking activities and outreach opportunities in the local communities. My role also includes facilitating the Beaver County Energy & Advanced Manufacturing Partnership. This partnership works with all of the local school districts as well as community and business leaders in the Energy & Advanced Manufacturing industries to "Connect the dots between Business & Education."
