As long as I can remember I have been a “problem solver”. If someone tells me something can’t be done, I am bound and determined to find a way to make it work. I love not only the process of working my way through a challenge- but ultimately the fulfillment of accomplishing the difficult, the challenging… the impossible. I knew early in my career that I wanted to be in the business of helping people. I am fascinated with human development, and am fundamentally driven to assist others.
