CurrentProduct manager responsible for the portfolio strategy for platforms facilitating critical Governance, Risk and Compliance use cases.- Directed the end-to-end multi-year technology modernization initiative for compliance workflow rebuilds and on-prem server hardware replacement. Performed audit and redesign of processes for 4 teams sharing a program to unify and rationalize 9 overlapping, manual workflows to 4 automated workflows. Delivered the program resulting in a 45% reduction in waste across teams and 30% increase in user satisfaction ratings for the platform. Success of project highly dependent on thoughtful, tailored communication and change management processes.- Oversaw execution of Privacy program and technology assessment to gather executive support for a dedicated Privacy technology team. Managed team of contractors conducting 15+ interviews to identify gaps and opportunities, resulting in a 3 year, sequenced roadmap to position the Privacy team for efficiency and scalability.- For each platform in portfolio, develop and influence strategy, feature set, prioritization, and product roadmap from concept through production to meet stakeholder needs.
