Current• Provides supervision and oversightProvides a range of clinical services to youth and families with mental health and/or substance abuse issues• Provides services in greater Prince William public high school and Community Services office settings• Conducts comprehensive assessments and formulates diagnoses• Develops and implements treatment plans• Conducts individual, family and group therapy • Provides case management activities for CS, FAPT and hospitalized clients, including outreach, assessment, linkage to services, coordination with other service providers and client advocacy• Provides crisis intervention services for clients, including those at high risk for suicide and/or homicide• Evaluates risk and potential need for hospitalization• Develops and implements risk management plans• Conducts clinical evaluations and writes reports for the judicial system, schools, CSA/FAPT, residential programs, psychiatric hospitals, Department of Social Services, etc.• Participates in team development and implementation of specialized therapeutic summer programming for youth• Writes treatment plans and maintains records according to agency policies and procedures
