Responsible for hiring and recruiting all Style (Housekeeping) team members, 4 leaders and 25 hourly talent members. Created all LSOPs for department to help talent understand expectations and standards for a luxury hotel. Trained all talent on an app based program to streamline our efficiency and productivity. Responsible for meeting with executive team to discuss capital expediter programs and was trusted with implementing multi thousand dollar updates to the hotel.
