Longest project was an award winning short film, which went to over 40 festivals around the world over a 2 year span, for which I created and executed a system for tracking and submitting to.

In addition, I created the weekly staff schedules using the online scheduling site, Schedulefly. I also managed the restaurant and between 10-20 employees, 4-5 shifts a week which involves time management, guest relations, employee and guest problem solving, reports, handling large quantities of money, and overseeing either opening or closing the restaurant. I opened 3 different stores within this time frame.

In addition to providing service to customers and basic bar tasks, duties include inventory, managing and organizing the bar, knowledge of Japanese cuisine, culture and terminology, sake knowledge, mixology, and service bar. At this job, I am one of the veteran bartenders and am given a lot of responsibility to ensure the bar runs as smoothly as possible.

Duties include word for word transcription of video tapes for weekly show/archives, maintenance of tape log files and responding to viewer mail on a case-by-case basis. Basic film editing knowledge required. This employment is part time.
