I am a UK Charted Patent Attorney (CPA) and European Patent Attorney specialising in biotechnology at Mathys & Squire. I am based in Cambridge but also spend time in the London, Oxford and Newcastle offices. I passed the 2020-2021 PGCert in IP Law from Queen Mary University of London, the 2022 pre-EQE, the 2022 PEB Qualifying Examinations, and the 2023 eEQEs. I was the Honorary Secretary of the CIPA Informals committee in 2021-2022, and the CIPA IP Ball President 2022-2023.I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a PhD in Biological Sciences (focussing on antibiotic resistance in the gut microbiome) in January 2020.
