I work closely with other editors and medical professionals at Harvard to create custom and licensed content solutions for partners in the health and wellness space, and am loving the opportunity to use my editorial skills to create something new from the huge repository of research published by Harvard Medical School.

As an editor for Meredith Content Licensing, I conceptualized, edited, and repackaged custom health content for partners across the health care sector; when MCL became Foundry 360 @ Meredith, I added custom content creation and copywriting to my list of capabilities.

From 2013-2018 I was the editor of Eat Well, Live Better, a commissary magazine produced by EatingWell and distributed to 500,000 shoppers in all U.S. military commissaries worldwide. Featuring health and wellness, food, nutrition and fitness content, Eat Well, Live Better became the model for a second custom magazine that I edited until we retired both titles in 2018.

As Senior Press Officer, I developed and managed publicity for the Philadelphia Museum of Art's permanent collections and special exhibitions, working with curators and the executive office to develop written content and identify key images for publication in the media. I also worked to develop and maintain the pressroom website at www.philamuseum.org, creating and maintaining web content to distribute to journalists and that could be integrated with our social-media efforts.During this time I also planned and executed major annual press events held in Philadelphia and New York, and coordinated press interviews, film crews and press events on a daily basis.

I worked as Arts & Culture Editor for The Bulletin daily newspaper in Philadelphia for more than two years, where I managed the coverage of all aspects of the cultural sector, including art, dance, music, museums, theater and film. My duties as editor included managing and assigning articles to a 15-person freelance staff, editing and choosing content, working with my assistant editor to paginate the section and contributing my own articles on a near-daily basis. I also edited and created a weekly 16-page tabloid section previewing each weekend's cultural events, supplemented by a 24-page seasonal culture guide, which was published quarterly.

I worked as a polo groom for several professional high-goal polo teams in England, New Zealand and Australia.During this time, I was a chief caretaker for 8-20 polo ponies, traveling to tournaments throughout Europe, New Zealand and Australia as part of a professional polo team.
