Tasked with using a new brand as an asset to drive business growth, I lead a team to identify top drivers of corporate strategy where marketing and communications can drive value, implement and maintain consistent messaging across channels and build a deep understanding of business partners and business segments' objectives in order to tie marketing and communications work directly to desired business outcomes.

With extensive experience in strategic communications for internal audiences, I worked alongside HealthSouth’s brand steering team and executive management to rebrand the company as Encompass Health. I led all internal rebrand initiatives including the launch of the new brand as well as the creation of the brand's verbal expression, purpose and values.

Responded to sales leads from external website inquires. Wrote information for internal company website. Maintained sales databases. Served on planning committee for special events.
