Managed the Design and Review Board and Department of the Santa Lucia Preserve to ensure the development and design of custom estate homes were consistent with the aesthetic and ecological values as described in the Design Guidelines and CC&R’s of the Santa Lucia Preserve Association. In addition, I worked closely with property owners, architects, landscape architects, arborists, contractors, the Santa Lucia Conservancy, real estate developers and agents, and Monterey County Planning and Building departments to oversee and facilitate the creation of over 70 homes from an initial conceptual phase to full completion. Responsibilities included:- Manage the assessment, communications, and scheduling of multiple projects from conceptual design development through completion of construction- Develop and manage the annual Operating Budget- Responsible for board deliverables and meeting content, communication, department strategies, and progression analysis to governing boards- Revise, communicate, and implement revisions to the Design and Construction guidelines and process in order to uphold the community standards- Timely resolution of Declaration violations in a collaborative and efficient manner- Develop, plan, and implement annual design events targeting design professionals, contractors, owners, and Monterey County Planning Department personnel- Manage the contribution of the design review board team members.

Worked closely with principle to assist in the design of high end residential interiors. Working primarily in the San Francisco Bay area, projects ranged from new construction to remodels in a variety of architectural vernaculars. Focused on integrating the interiors into the architecture, projects would include design of architectural and millwork details to create a cohesive space that would reflect the client's lifestyle. Responsibilities included:-millwork and archiectrual details-floor plans, interior elevations and furniture layouts -lighting plans-furniture, fabric, fixture and color selections-collaborated with project architects and/or contractors to develop and execute projects-created invoices, purchase orders, and budgets.
