Lindsay has experience in both schematic and PS&E preparation and in the development and design of transportation projects. She has gained a wide variety of experience in design, including traffic control; pavement markings; permanent signing; construction sequencing; traffic signal warranting, timing, and design; roadway lighting; storm water runoff design; erosion protection; horizontal and vertical alignments; typical sections; traffic volume studies; and the assembly of plans, specifications, and estimates.
