I work with enterprise clients to achieve business priorities through video interviewing and video coaching. I provide change management expertise and thought leadership on technology implementation, talent acquisition, employee development, training design, and coaching program structure. I advise customers on how to achieve their learning priorities through the design, implementation, and execution of transformational video coaching programs.

I taught virtual synchronous personal leadership courses 2x a week to 60+ students in a growing liberal arts school.I demonstrated and taught curriculum designed to instill early habits of making and keeping commitments, and learning to manage time, tasks and energy. I designed a classroom experience based on the socratic method and high levels of personal accountability.

I developed and delivered a 6-part virtual training to launch a peer coaching program for 50+ first-year students focused on securing a graduate-level internship in the Master of Public Administration program.

I designed and delivered leadership development programs for 7 federal agencies and 200+ employees covering topics including requests, feedback, accountability, thought habits, innovation and time-management. I led internal workforce planning efforts resulting in 50% team growth, then managed the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for all new staff members. I partnered on an agency-wide initiative to improve employee engagement within a cabinet-level department. As part of this engagement, I facilitated customized team retreats, employee workshops and strategy meetings, as well as managed a Gates Foundation grant budget of $1.7 million. I also designed and managed an executive coaching program for senior political leaders.

I managed programs designed to improve federal agencies' ability to recruit and hire the talent government needs. Specifically, I designed and delivered instructor-led training and virtual instructor-led training for 300+ federal human resources professionals and university career advisors on federal hiring trends, recruitment and job search strategies. I also managed the nation-wide Federal Student Ambassadors program, and led program growth by recruiting 4 agencies and 45 ambassadors, increasing revenue by $200K.

I managed the Call to Serve Speakers Bureau of 60+ federal employees and applications to host speakers from a network of 750+ colleges and universities.I also provided long-term coaching to 24 student ambassadors and their career advisors, while managing the development of content for gogovernment.org, a website with 1500+ visits daily.

I assessed and evaluated human resource workforce challenges and proposed recommendations to USAID Administrator. I also evaluated 13 foreign service training programs and maintained agency online feedback mechanism, the Sounding Board.

I supported recruitment, hiring, training, delivery, and evaluation of 300+ faculty for nation-wide youth programs. I designed content and organized two-day trainings for 100 directors and 30 field coordinators.

I planned, implemented, and executed one week overnight programs for 500-900 youth.
