My work at the NIU Art Museum consisted mostly of administrative work. I helped create and organize budget and expense spreadsheets, I helped research for programming, I gathered data for the Illinois Cultural Data Project, as well as data for the Illinois Arts Council grant.

During my internship at Midway Village Museum, I processed and accessioned new collections, processed objects for the education collection, took inventory in buildings throughout historic village including, the General Store, Police Station, Implement Shed, Lawyer's Office and Hospital, and I also completed research for other collections.

I completed this internship during my undergrad. While I was at the St. Charles Heritage Center, I helped the staff digitize primary materials by scanning images onto a laptop computer. I also assisted in entering object sheets into the program PastPerfect. My final project was to set up four display cases and showcase objects and images that celebrated the 175th birthday of St. Charles.
