-Provide supervision and training to assigned WorkGuide staff. -Determine eligibility for all referrals and complete required reporting for all State and County Agents. -Ensure program compliance occurs with services, billing, contract goals, and quality assurance for all funding and regulatory agents.-Develop, implement, and oversee Pre-ETS services specific to the CRS Contract through ACCES-VR. Monitor and modify CRS services as the WorkGuide program evolves and grows. -Monitor all CRS requirements including Pre-ETS, Direct Job Placement, and Supported Employment. Assist participants with preparing resumes, interviewing skills, and job application. Track all work experiences and prepare all related reports as needed. -Coordinate all aspects of employment services including referrals, intakes, development of employment and work based learning sites, coordinating transportation, and job coaching. Participate as an active team member in the rehabilitation planning process.-Establish individualized vocational goals and provide training to enhance work readiness. Facilitate team meetings with ACCES-VR Counselors to discuss and support the findings of the vocational assessments and the resulting recommendations and referrals to promote skill development and address employment barriers and support needs for future employment and/or academic planning.-Community outreach: Form relationships with prospective employers, ACCES-VR Counselors, High School Counselors, family members, Community provider agencies, One-Stop Career Centers, etc.

Provide a comprehensive written report documenting the results of the assessment with recommendations to support ongoing career development. -Schedule and facilitate Exit Meetings with individuals, collaterals, and ACCES-VR Counselors to discuss and support the findings of the vocational assessments and the resulting recommendations.-Assist participants with preparing resumes, interviewing skills, and job application. Track all work experiences and prepare all related reports as needed. -Coordinate all aspects of employment services including referrals, intakes, development of employment and work assessment sites, coordinating transportation, and job coaching. Participate as an active team member in the rehabilitation planning process.-Conduct site visits as necessary to provide required services and meet regulatory criteria. Maintain contact with employers to ensure mutual success at work sites. Locate available opportunities for people to make connections in the community. -Establish individualized pre-vocational goals and provide training to enhance work readiness.
