My role as the EH&S Coordinator is to provide EH&S guidance and support to the Project Managers and Construction Coordinators to maintain a safe working environment, and meet all statutory and contractual requirements. The responsibilities are providing support to the above mentioned and Contractors, pro-actively take action to reduce risk and protect people through safety audits and tours, facilitate accident/incident investigations, ensure key aspects of the safety system are continuously measured and monitored, enforce Suncor procedures, policies and standards, organize and facilitate Capital Group weekly safety meetings, compiling month end safety reports, and reviewing and assisting with JSA’s, BBO’s, TASC cards.
