Lindsay Sands is a Learning Experience Designer at U.S. Soccer Federation | Saint Louis University and Durham University Alumna at U.S. Soccer Federation. Colleagues describe them as "I've had the pleasure of working directly along side Lindsay as Training Associates for a little over a year. Lindsay was one of the first members of our Learning Operations team and played a huge role in it's development. She contributed to creating the initial vision of where the team would go and has worked diligently to execute on that vision. She also played a big role in helping me onboard and has been a wonderful resource for questions and collaboration. I think some of Lindsay's strongest work attributes are her attention to detail, pride in her work, and her ability to work independently.
