•Proactively identify project risks, resolution steps and escalation needs•Foster collaborative working relationships based on common vision, goals, and objectives•Organize and facilitate meetings with the project team, driving clear goals and agendas, and timely follow-up on action items•Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress, status and success metrics of the project and key deliverables•Review the quality of the work completed with the project team/leadership on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards•Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Responsible for developing the WGB Retail franchise in North & South Carolina. Franchise sales, Real Estate selection, store build out and continuing education with staff and developing franchisees. Driving marketing for the entire region and store operations through analyzing KPI's as they relate to store owners.
