I currently purchase all adult beverage products to sell in the store. Staying organized and keeping on top of deadlines are key, as well as maintaining professional, collaborative relationships with vendors and other teams. I am able to creatively curate a selection of beverages while also maintaining better than average core compliance. Another area that allows for creativity is promotional merchandising. I excel at constructing neat, attractive, and shoppable displays in all areas of the store while thoughtfully incorporating cross-merchandising.Some key areas of success include writing an employee reference manual for a self-service beer pouring system, implementing a cleaning schedule that has been adopted by other departments, and creating a pocket-sized store map with aisle descriptions for all employees to reference in helping locate items for customers. I also manage my own core product lists, consistently updating availability issues for anyone to access.

I managed international healthcare claims from overseas medical providers for US expats with BlueCross BlueShield insurance. In order to successfully obtain the necessary information for each claim, I maintained close working relationships with international providers and translated claims and medical records from French to English, assisting with translations of other languages as needed (for example, I compiled a Turkish to English dictionary with the help of my contact at a Turkish hospital). I also wrote the manuals used to train new employees.
