Responsible for managing all Telecom projects/personal and resourcing all onshore and offshore work. Duties include project planning and their integration, progress reporting, cost control, client interaction/meetings, quality management, logistics (domestic and international), material procurement, material handling, warehouse management, chairing team meetings, preparation of bi-weekly/monthly client reports and routine reporting. Analyze schedule changes, critical paths, variances and maintain baseline schedules in accordance with established milestones and scope of work.

Project:  Maritime Link      Responsible for project schedules, facilitating weekly/schedule meetings, preparation of charts, histograms and daily updates, project control interfaces including planning, project progress and routine reporting.   Analyze any schedule changes, trends, impacts and recommend courses of action to approve and maintain contractor baseline schedules in accordance with established milestones.  Main area of focus is maintaining the overall schedule and specific project deliverables for the Subsea team to meet their manufacturing (Japan and Norway) and offshore installation in NL and NS for correct timing on project completion.  Also, upholding the master schedule to make sure the interfacing with other contract schedules is aligned and on target completion.  Liaise with the Project Manager and Marine Lead Engineer to confirm the overall progress reporting. Analyze schedule changes for impact on project and audit any contractor schedules. Report on impact, critical areas and possible courses of action to maintain baseline schedule.

Project: Hebron Offloading System (OLS) Responsible for overall EPCI project schedules and project control interfaces including planning and cost systems, project progress and performance reporting. Analyze schedule changes, impacts and recommend courses of action to approve and maintain contractor baseline schedules in accordance with established milestones. Monthly stewardship of work in progress (WIP), P&B, timesheet and expenses. Review and approve goods received for invoicing, cost reporting, earned value, PO development and change management and estimating.

Project: Hebron Offloading System (OLS) Develop and maintain the overall project schedule and specific project decision Gate 3 deliverables using Primavera/MS project. Liaise with the Project Manager/Project Engineer to confirm the overall progress reporting. Analyze schedule changes for impact on project. Report on impact, critical areas and possible courses of action to maintain baseline schedule. Critical milestone monitoring and reporting. Liaise with contractors to ensure work scope is fully defined, planned, scheduled, executed and closed in a timely manner.

Project: Husky West PilotDevelop and maintain the Subsea EPCI Schedule for the project. Liaise with contractor to ensure work scope is fully defined, planned and scheduled in a timely manner. Provide monthly updates and ensure the development of a fully integrated project schedule that is up to date and accurate on a bi-weekly basis.

Projects: Husky West Pilot, Husky North Amythest, Tahiti, JSM, Noble, BP Angola Ensure optimization of resources and control of all associated project work and compliance with contract requirements. Work with Project Manager and department personnel to manage multiple subsea projects, activities, and associated resources. Develop team organization and procedure structure to meet customer needs. Provide monthly updates and ensure the development of a fully integrated project schedule that is up to date and accurate on a bi-weekly basis. Liaise with other Project Coordinators / Engineer’s to ensure design, procurement and manufacturing are in line with final outcome and clients issues within the schedule. Address the responsibilities of the Project Planner/Scheduler role.
