I have 14+ years in professional marketing experience. After years of private marketing consulting, I opened my own marketing agency - The Polish Agency - in 2020. After growing it exponentially in the 4 years that I was the CEO, I sold the business to my partner Katie Spencer and accepted a position as the VP of Marketing and Communications at one of the best electric cooperatives in the country: Craighead Electric. In my role at CECC, I’m able to utilize the skills I’ve gained throughout my professional career to create and solidify meaningful connections with our members. Our cooperative is full of great people who do great work, and it’s my privilege to share that goodness with our members. I am also encouraged to help look for ways to improve our members’ experience through better communication and easier access. With a combined 7 years of experience in agency work, I have the unique experience of having been exposed to a wide range of businesses and industries, from small business owners to national franchises. Efficient work and effective communication are the two things I have found to be the most meaningful components of every position I have held, and that’s both in my work and in the work of the companies I represent.
