Since joining Beyond in April 2021 as Vice President of Finance, I've led the development of a high-performing finance team covering FP&A, Accounting, Billing, and Legal. I’ve led the company to achieveving significant milestones including GAAP conversion, efficient month-end close, successful audits, doubling headcount, establishing detailed reporting and models, ensuring tax compliance, enhancing legal policies, optimizing billing processes across multiple currencies, and simplifying revenue forecasting, culminating in supporting a global business through growth.

As Controller at BacklotCars I led various financial operations, including supporting a $425M acquisition, overseeing month-end close processes, managing high-volume accounts receivable and payable processing, and leading the first-ever U.S. GAAP external financial statement audit, among other responsibilities. Additionally, I played a key role in implementing ERP systems, administering HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring tax compliance, managing equity systems, and implementing spend management platforms.

As Director of Finance and Controller at Hireology, I spearheaded financial operations and reporting for a SaaS company with remarkable revenue growth, facilitated venture capital and credit facility acquisition efforts, led comprehensive audits, managed HRIS and payroll systems, directed payroll tax and employment compliance, administered equity systems, and played a pivotal role in headcount planning and expansion initiatives.

During my tenure at Groupon, I served as Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, contributing significantly to investor relations activities including quarterly earnings processes, investor inquiries, and strategic discussions. Additionally, I played a key role in various financial functions such as forecasting, operational reporting, and financial analysis across different business channels and global departments.

Led Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit efforts for a leading global footwear retailer with annual revenue exceeding $3 billion and provided strategic guidance on technical accounting standards.
