Hi, I'm Lindsey; Currently I work as a community care link officer for Three Valleys Housing. I am a friendly, conscientious, confident, and motivated person.I am part of a team, but most of the time work independently visiting vulnerable and older adults in there own homes. I work well under pressure and have the ability to respond to emergency situations as and when required.I enjoy organizing social events and outings for the services users and as a Health Champion I run a chair based exercise class, which is a great success. I feel my strengths are compassion, empathy, flexibility, reliability and communication.I am a caring person and feel that over the years having worked in a Health care setting I have learned lots of valuable skills, which I am willing to develop and I am always looking forward to a new challenge.I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further at interview and thank you for considering my application.
