Entrepreneurship:In 2020 I started a retail vintage clothing brand as part of a class project in my MBA program. From just an Instagram page our sales exploded our first 90 days and quickly blossomed into a full time retail business specializing in vintage, rare, and custom gear. As a solo-preneur I manage all retail operations including sourcing, marketing, sales, fulfillment, content creation, partnerships, and every other role required to maintain and grow the business! People Development:I'm a people development expert specializing in andragogy, DEI, and transformational coaching. I have a combined 15+ years experience in leadership and business management. I enjoy innovating new models of people development while creating and delivering powerful and empowering personalized programs for professionals and leaders. My previous roles in people development and leadership have been complimented by unique external experiences in retail sales and management, business operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. I'm passionate about growing - in every sense of the word - and I seek opportunities to grow just as much as I try to create them for others!
