Enters/terminates all benefit elections into vendor sites and UKG HRIS system. Audits premium statements for all group insurance policies and retirement plan. Creates compensation statements for all benefit eligible employees; Tracks FMLA. • Recruiting- Edits job postings and post job ads internally and externally. Assist with screening of resumes; Responsible for keeping job descriptions bank up to date.• Retention – Performs exit interviews for all staff employees.• Payroll – Audits biweekly payroll.
